I wanted to point out via photos that after picking up the van and having to place items in the back that it was obvious the van wasn’t thoroughly cleaned prior to pick up. There were socks and leaves under the seats. I also would suggest for future renters to just say lot “F” instead of B,F it was very confusing because if you didn’t get to the airport from the outside state road you could not see the entire lot was labeled “B”. We were not told the parking ticket was in one of the glove compartments maybe next time leave it in the seat or cup holder. I do have to say that Trey was quickly responsive to all messages and we were greatly thankful for that!

Thanks for noting my quick responses. However, parts of your review are incorrect. The van is Turo-only and cleaned after every trip; I apologize if I missed socks or leaves under the seats. The airport has only Lots A and B—there is no Lot F. I said Lot B, Row F, as F identifies the row. I messaged you and sent a photo showing the key and ticket in the glove compartment, plus GPS location. Your 2 p.m. return location was not sent until I contacted you at 3 p.m., and you incorrectly said Lot E.
