Car did its job but its presentation did not match the profile when booking. The car has a good amount of wear and tear both inside and outside. When I say a good amount I mean a lot — beware. The car makes a lot of squealing noises from mechanics being worn over time. Not the kind of car I was looking for to represent my family on this trip; however, it drove was from point A to point B. The owner was very responsive and apologetic. He provided a discount for the inconvenience which we appreciate.

Very courteous and helpful.
Only issue, is the small noises ( due to age of the van).
Thr "maint reqd" alert came up during the return journey. Not a issue though.
Overall a good experience.👍

This Toyota van was the perfect companion for our month-long summer family visit. It handled two long road trips and endless city driving without a single hiccup—rock-solid reliable the whole time. The AC was good, the modern sound system was a bonus, and the spacious interior swallowed all our luggage, beach gear, and extra passengers with ease. it has some cosmetic wear and a noisy reverse that adds character, but all good. Underneath, it drove smoothly and never let us down. The host made our 30-day rental completely hassle-free. If you want honest, dependable wheels, this is your van!

The vehicle was great, it was exactly what we needed to travel from New Jersey up to Toronto to visit family. It was comfortable and drove very well, well maintained and in good condition. The host was very responsive and professional, and we would happily rent from them again. Highly recommend!
