Pick up and communication was very easy. Car was clean for the most part. Just would’ve been nice if it was wiped down and the tiny crumbs were vacuumed. I had no problems driving the car. Good on gas and the A/C worked very well in the front but on the back of the van it didn’t blow from the vents only from the feet. It was nice they left a spare tire just in case something happened. Overall experience was good! I would rent from them again!
