Everything was good except that we had to get roadside assistance to jump the battery at one point. After they jumped it, it worked good for the rest of the trip.

The alternator experienced an unexpected failure. It was subsequently replaced at a certified service center. Additionally, other critical components were inspected and upgraded to ensure optimal performance until the next scheduled major service interval.

I never use TURO anymore
Pay money and uncomfortable
Your review surprised me.
I wasn’t rude — just addressing your negligence in returning the car with beer spilled in the trunk, which violates Turo’s return policy. I calmly explained that if the smell or stains didn’t clear in a day or two, I’d escalate to Turo. Despite that, I handled it professionally and didn’t charge extra for cleaning.
But this review will be a caution for any of your future hosts to reconsider your audacity in giving bad reviews instead of owning your responsibility.
No smoking allowed
