This was the single worst experience with a company that I can remember having. Our family was stranded because a key fob stopped working, no other close Turo rentals. We tried taking the fob to a local auto shop at the owner’s suggestion, no quick fix. Lost an entire day of our vacation plus over a thousand dollars in Uber and lost hotel costs. Finally had to Uber 2hours away for a new rental. Then Turo has the nerve to not reimburse us for the 2.5 days we didn’t have the car because while broken down on the side of the road we didn’t think to take video evidence of the key not working.

The was very commutative, leaving me messages to keep me in the loop. When I text him he answers right away. The car was clean Road nice would definitely rent from this host again for sure

Owner had excellent customer service and was very quick and responsive to all of my messages. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the passenger sliding door which was causing safety issues for my family. But other than that, everything was very good with my rental and overall experience. Would rent from them again in the future
