Didn’t even use the car the full time because it smells like dog really bad! Literally used it for 3 total hours out of a whole weekend booking! Also was told to clean it and get reimbursed which shouldn’t be my job at all, as the renter! On top of it smelling like dog! THE AC DIDNT WORK which made the smell worse! Windows weren’t clean, from front to back left to right. The car was literally only VACUUMED, nothing was wiped down! Informed him about it and he insisted that I fix the problem myself.

We’re disappointed by this review, as it doesn’t reflect our experience. The vehicle was cleaned before pickup, and while the windows may have been missed, we immediately offered to reimburse a car wash, which was declined. We were unaware of the A/C issue and repaired it as soon as it was reported. Despite our efforts to help, every solution was rejected, and communication became hostile. Based on our experience, other hosts should use their own judgment when renting to this guest.
