The car itself was great, clean, spacious, and comfortable enough for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. It worked perfectly during the 5 days we rented it, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the trip.
The only downside was the pickup and drop-off experience. The pickup location, Sunrise Parking near LAX, was inconvenient. We had to wait around 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up after arrival. Returning the car was even more frustrating. The staff at the front gate told me it would be at least a 30-minute wait for the next shuttle and suggested I walk back to the airport instead. I ended up walking about 15 minutes, which fortunately worked out because I had already dropped off my family and luggage beforehand and had enough time before my flight. Otherwise, this could have caused a major issue.
I’m leaving a 5-star rating because the car and host delivered a great experience. However, Turo should address the transportation issues related to this pickup location, as it impacts the overall rental experience.

Charolette was great! Super nice, very accommodating! She made me feel like a person not just a number. The van was great too love that the seats fold so flush with the floor I thought someone removed them! Lol
