The car was great nice and clean! The owners of the car dropped it off at the airport for us and had great communication.
The car seats we rented through them were outdated and expired. It did make us feel uncomfortable to put our kiddos in them, because we could not guarantee their safety.
If you just need a van to rent it is perfect, if you need car seats I would recommend bringing your own.

I rented an 8 passenger car and got this and it was not for 8 people. The lights are very dim and you could barely see at night, one of the turning signals was either burnt or not working and the breaks were not the best. I think that if someone is paying for something they should get their moneys worth.

What I think of you as a Turo guest - You never send me your dr license, never responded to my messages and calls while you had the car . I rang and txt numerous times to confirm you picked up the car and to send me your drivers license details you never ones answered or text back . I contacted Turo and they advised me to cancel the trip but I didn’t because I’m a good person and I didn’t want to ruin your holiday but I was considering at one point to report the car stolen . Worst experience
