We drove the car less than 50 miles from the airport to our rental. When we tried to use it the next day, it would not start. Owner drove to our rental and was able to jump start it but the next time we tried to use it, it would not start. Owner had it towed. The majority of our trip has been spent attempting to get a refund and a replacement. We have been without a vehicle since we arrived and have been on the phone multiple times with Turo representatives to try to get everything sorted out.
