I've rented through Turo 5 times. This was by far my best experience. I had a crisis situation and needed a vehicle quickly (im talking in less than 7hrs). It was 1am when I let them know I needed a vehicle at the airport, they had the vehicle ready for me a 8am when I landed. It was clean, had a full tank, and had a cooler in it just like I asked. They're communication was amazing, everything was quick, had clear directions, the vehicle drove great. I will be recommending them to my family and friends traveling to denver.

The host requested us to clean the car before returning and that has never been requested before. It feels like an extra step to ask of your guest.

The complimentary car wash is never required. It’s simply a free option we provide at our expense for guests who want to tidy up before returning. We drove 45 minutes without charge to deliver the vehicle directly to her because she was traveling with children and we wanted to be helpful. We also accommodated an airport curbside return hours earlier than scheduled at and then waited 30 minutes when she was late. Poor communication throughout the trip seems to have led to this misunderstanding.
