The vehicle was great. The check in and check out are NOT customer friendly. It is difficult to find what is needed and the amount of pictures required is outlandish.

I really wish there was a category for rating the app experience vs the hosts vehicle and customer service. I agree that the app could be more user friendly especially to our older guests.
The amount of pictures for check in and check out is a recommendation not a requirement FYI. These picture are there for yours and hosts protection in case of a dispute about damage. Just something to keep in mind.
The host was great and very informative. The vehicle itself self had a lot of exterior damage. The dome lights to both sliding doors doesn’t work, made it hard to buckle kids in at night time. The car is pulling to the left so maybe needs an alignment and new tires. The wiper blades may need to be cleaned or replaced it was hard to see during the rain.

I just did a quick check and all 6 interior lights come on (1st, 2nd, 3rd row) when the interior light switch is set for door activation.
On the alignment, car drove fine for me although on the highway with how open and windy Colorado can get it can blow the van's big side profile and feel like pulling.
I will have the wipers replaced.
Fast communication and van ran well
