Car was okay for the price, but the headlights were dim, passenger seat couldn’t be adjusted, and the ramp needed extra manpower in addition to the power functions. The tie downs were also not super secure. Host was responsive via messaging and calling. Great option for a wheelchair user who’s traveling with a companion!

I returned the car 1 hour after pick up because it made sounds that concerned me about its road safety. I need information about how I will receive my refund.

The car performed well. I missed the detail of seats missing for the ramp. I was impatient and didn't view the photos. The owner said he's getting that corrected. Registration was expired but otherwise a good trip
