The car was not as pictured. It has an appetizer plate-sized patch of missing paint on the left side, plus another smaller patch of missing paint. Inside the door handle was sticky due to duct tape used to cover something. Please note there are no headrests for the seats in the back row which is a safety hazard. We picked up this vehicle at the airport after a delayed arrival and had few options. We returned this vehicle after 24 hours and Turo issued a full refund. They were great.
Ironically, 3 days after returning this vehicle and renting elsewhere we were the middle car in a 3-car crash, plowed into from behind by a large pickup truck and pushed into the car ahead of us. Had we kept this vehicle and had passengers in the back row, this same accident without the headrests would have resulted in at best very serious injuries. I shudder to think about what the outcome would have been. The car drove fine. Good for hauling things and not so much people.

Austin was a great host. Very responsive and attentive. The vehicle was comfortable, good on gas, a/c worked great and easy to drive. Perfect for our mini vacation. Would definitely book again.
