Good value for money. Battery went flat and it wouldn't start again after turning off the engine the first time after we drove off. Couldn't find jump leads in the car either. Luckily we were traveling with another group with another car with jumper leads, so we ended up jump stating the car 6x times over 2 days. I hope the owner fixed the issue before renting it out to someone else. We weren't sure if the issue was the battery, alternater, or something else.
Wouldn't rent again just because it's cheaper.
The battery was replaced. This happens with vehicles!!!!

The car had some areas that were broken. It does have a passenger door that was squeaky, but for the most part, it did what we needed it to do.

The van was clean, worked well, and Samson had good communication with clear check in and return process. Minor note, the van does not work with Android Auto or Car Play.

Great ride and few minor fixes needed that I already emailed the host. Car was returned about 12pm
