The car was perfect for our needs but the directions you provided to get to the economy lot were not correct, due to construction in the terminal.

I was charged a $70 parking fee on top of my total charge that I was unaware of until I was exiting the parking lot at 1145 PM of the airport. I informed the owner of the parking fee and he said that he would refund me half of the $70, then only refunded me $19 of the $70. On top of that I was given the incorrect location of where the vehicle was and walked around for an hour with a small child and our luggage before I located the vehicle. The only reason I found my rental was because he sent me pictures of the last renters uploaded checkout photos. The vehicle was not very clean, but also wasn’t extremely filthy. I will NEVER use this owner again.

Unfortunately, many of the issues mentioned resulted from not following the check-in instructions. The location pin brings guests to the airport, but the check-in photos for this trip clearly showed the exact level, row, and aisle, and those same photos helped locate the vehicle. I offered to fully reimburse the parking fee and followed up, but received no response. I’ve never received a cleaning complaint before. This review appears driven by frustration over the pickup, not the overall trip.

The van was amazing!! Exactly what we needed to pick up our son from college!! The host was very responsive and available for any questions !! Will totally rent again in the near future!!
