Host was understanding of my time and worked with me. Unfortunately the van was not in good condition the tires were bald and there is a transmission problem it was a rough ride. It was not clean I had to clean it before I let my family ride in it and it smelled of cigarettes. Once these problems are fixed I wouldn't mind using it again. Thank you again.

Host fine, pick up location safe. Car not clean, under storage was filthy, sides of doors filthy, passenger inside mirror filthy. Front tire didnt have good tread. I only accepted this vehicle as the one I booked canceled the trip less than 24hrd of me leaving to take my daughter back to college. We made it back but waa not comfortable on this trip at all. Would have never spent my money on this type of rental. However I had no choice.

This car had enough space for me and my family of six in Total. There were issues pertaining the cleanliness of the car and some of the cosmetic. features of the vehicle such as the Sideview mirror which was broken. I can’t say the host of this vehicle was very diligent and responding to messages and communicating.
