The day we arrived to pick it up at 6 pm the van had clearly been in an accident. The right side of the van was damaged and the door handle was missing. I immediately contacted the host and their solution was to cancel our reservation. With no prior notification we didn’t have time to get another rental when we were scheduled to leave that night. The van was extremely dirty on the inside and smelled. The back ac vents do not work, and the head rests do not lock into place.

The exterior handle on passenger door was damaged prior to rental. My sister's shirt was torn from a jagged edge of the broken handle as the door opened while she was standing near it. Also rear air conditioning would come on but the air was not blowing from the vents so the rear was hot. Car was not cleaned or vacuumed and windshield was very dirty. Otherwise the van was spacious and comfortable.

So much damage to the vehicle that wasn't posted in the pictures showing the vehicle off when you want to rent it. We had this trip planned for weeks before and there's no money back if you cancel after 24 hrs after booking so you're just stuck with something you didn't know had damage literally all over it. It was embarrassing honestly.
