Unfortunately it wasn’t a good trip. Oceanview seems to be a good group of people running a business but unfortunately renting this car in the state it was in was anything but good business. Upon checking in and receiving the car, my husband and I found 2 baby roaches and reported right away during check in. Annie, the cohost offered to detail the car but between family graduations, a funeral, and many family events there wasn’t time to get it done the same day and next day. We received the car on Wednesday and by Friday night, total roach infestation. My husband and I believe it was known the car had a roach problem and they tried to clean it but it didn’t work because the car was filled with baby roaches. Everything following my second report of roaches did not go as smooth as I would hope. They couldn’t replace the car leaving my family (husband, 16 years, 3 years, and 1 year) stranded with no car for the next 4 days. Would I rent from them, probably yes because I believe they had good intentions but what happened really did cause us a few setbacks along with paying well over $200 in uber rides.

Since receiving your report, we blocked this vehicle for 10 days when it underwent a thorough inspection and sanitation and are happy to report that it is insect free, and drives like new.
