Car Quality: The vehicle provided was adequate for transportation to my destinations. However, there were instances of rumbling and noise when traveling at higher speeds and during braking. Notably, the vehicle’s registration sticker had expired on 07/26, but the host informed me that they were awaiting the replacement. I did not encounter any traffic stops during my rental period.
There were two air fresheners (one on the mirror and one in the cup holder). As I am sensitive to strong odors, I opted to store these air fresheners in a zipper bag and placed them in the storage compartment. The vehicle did not emit any unpleasant smells.
Pickup Location: Turo lot at DFW
Host: The host was great to talk to and responded quickly when I had a question (After 10pm)! Overall very pleasant.

The host was wonderful and very attentive. I gave a 5 star rating because of the cost of the van and the attentiveness of the host. The van hit us where we wanted to go but was not the cleanest. But considering it’s used for a rental it was fine. It got the job done for us.
