Brakes were scrubbing.. Van whines when you start it. Brake light was out.. food was left inside…

Client falsely accused many things during his trip for refund purposes. We agreed until return day we found out he lied with proof.
During the trip we asked nicely if we could come check the vehicle since he stays 10 mins away from us and he refused!
We denied his refund.
