Great rental! exactly what we needed, responsive host, and easy pickup at DFW.

Driving the car was fine. The pickup experience was spoiled because we had to wait an hour and a half for the reserved child seats to be delivered. When they were eventually delivered, they were still new in box like they were just purchased. Obviously with two young ones, this definitely soured the start of our trip. Thank God it wasn’t raining or humid. If you’re just renting the car, the experience should be fine. Just be cautious if you add anything.

Everything was great but there seems to be some sort of wheel hub vibration in the rear of the vehicle.
