Great vehicle, pickup and drop off was easy!

Worst experience ever!! Will never use Turo again. The renter before me noted a shake in the vehicle driving. Nothing was done to look into that apparently and we had a blowout in the middle of nowhere on a holiday weekend. The vehicle did not have a spare or a jack. We had to wait forever for a towtruck and then the towtruck could only take 2 people and I was the only adult so I had to leave 2 of my teenage children on the side of the road for hours while I got a new tire put on and got back to them. Turo was terrible to coordinate with and the host was nonresponsive during the fiasco and didnt reply back until later. Ultimately we missed our very expensive nonrefundable parasailing trip due to the extra 4 hours we spent on the road. Plus the deductible for a tow and the cost of the new tire!
