The pickup location was wrong on the Turo app and the new location was not communicated to us until I called. We got the new address, drove there, and had to call again to get a code to the entrance gate. The host never responded to messages on the Turo app and took days to respond to direct messages. The host agreed to us picking up 2 hours early, but the car was not ready. We had to wait an hour for the inside to be cleaned, with the outside remaining dirty. The car provided adequate space for our trip, however, we were disappointed that the car was not in great condition. The tires were nearing bald, the driver's windshield wiper was torn and needed to be replaced, the inspection sticker expired during our trip, one headrest would not lock into position, the rear a/c did not provide cold air, the back cargo carpeting was not attached, and there was damage all around the car.
