That’s from the coffee you spilled on the seats and floor, I have to take the car for detailing from your trip

The car smell like smoke. Which is ok but the last time I rented and didn't report TURO charged me $150. Also, I had to cleaned the car upon my return which is a hassle. But the owner paid for the car was so that's good. Without those 2 incidents this would be 5 star rental.
