The car has some wear and tear but it's a good price point

It should be a 5 because the car drove perfectly, but the reason it wasn’t was because for one, all the charging ports in the vehicle did not work. So there was no way to charge our phones, which was a little inconvenient because we had to go out of town and didn’t have a battery charger. Would have loved to have known before hand as this would have swayed my decision to rent. You couldn’t eat or drink, which I understand because not all drivers respect these vehicle but again would have swayed my decision if I knew ahead of time. Lastly I don’t have an issue cleaning the vehicle before retuning, as that is common courtesy but to be notified after renting that we would be charged $150 if we didn’t vacuum and take it to the car wash, made it a little stressful. Turo does charge a $150 cleaning fee if it isn’t clean but that’s only if it’s crazy destroyed not for common use and normal dirt and crumbs and it felt like we did not have a choice or we would be charged.
