Good experience for a contactless pickup. Our host was very nice and understanding. However, a few things could have been improved. The vehicle could have been a bit cleaner. There were many previous items left in the car. We also asked for an 8-seater, but one seat in the middle was removed. We had to send a rider in another car. Lastly, there was great communication, but it wasn't timely, and I had to repeat messages to get a response. Overall, again, great host, and we had a great time visiting Texas.
Sorry about the 8th seat issue. I have the seat, but most of my clients want it to be removed, that’s why I didn’t bring it. It’s also easier for pass to the last seats. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you.
