This was the second time we rented with Mustafa and it was the easiest best trip yet. Car was clean, reliable and good on gas! Tons of space and amazing customer service from Mustafa and his wife! ❤️

The host was nice and responsive. Very easy pickup and delivery. The car was clean for the most part. There was a water bottle and a few miscellaneous items in there. I assumed they belonged to the owner. There was the issue of the tire pressure. The tire pressure light and the start stop light were on when I started the car. The start stop was explained after I picked up the car and was not an important issue or feature. It would just be nice for the listing to be transparent, rather than sending a message after pickup. The tire pressure light never stayed off. We put air in four times. Either the sensor is faulty or the tire isn’t maintaining the pressure properly.
The vehicle also shook once you got above 50 and pulled to the right a lot, As if an alignment is needed.
Overall it was not bad. With proper maintenance I’d easily rent it worry free.
I did share with the owner, I was not happy about his wife taking a picture of my driver’s license with her personal camera instead of properly doing the check in through the Turo app.
He said he had been doing this for 7 years as if that means I should trust them to do the right thing. At this point. They could have shared it. Printed it. Really. Do whatever they want to do. Turo has protocols in place that keep the hosts and us safe, so I don’t appreciate them bypassing these features, especially since Turo allows you to have a cohost. If Turo does not allow the wife to be a cohost, where she can properly use the app and its features for checking in drivers, then that’s even more of a reason why she should not have access to driver’s personal information.
1. I will definitely check the tier pressure issue. Again, the pressure light was not on when I check the car a few hours earlier. Maybe temperature issue.
2. The start-stop light was not on a day before your trip and I have explained that I did not have time to bring it to dealership before your trip. I will bring it to dealership to fix before make the car available next time.
3. I will fix the alignment.
4. My wife is not cohost, she help me once a while just check the ID and bring the key.
