While the trip and vehicle worked, we had a few issues which we did not like. 1) The middle windows of the van did not roll down. Keeping my kids cool and comfortable during our drives was a challenge. We wish we’d known this in advance. 2015 dodge minivans don’t have a middle window that rolls down, so it’s not a problem with this vehicle, it’s a make and model and year issue.
2) when we received the car we were told the gas tank was full. It was 7/8s full. We returned it full. But that was disappointing.
3) The person that dropped the car did not write which column the car was parked close to in the short term parking at OHare. This resulted in us spending a decent amount of time traversing the parking garage we weren’t familiar with, looking for the car.
All considered the van worked and was fine, but it wasn’t an awesome experience and I would not recommend this to my friends.

Frank, we’re disappointed by the 3-star review, especially since the van was clean, in excellent working order, and no concerns were communicated during your trip. The middle-row windows on a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan are fixed by design; the rear windows vent and the A/C works great. The van was filled about 10 miles before O’Hare and driven directly there. We also provided photos showing the parking row and level. We’re sorry you had difficulty locating it and appreciate you returning it full.
Spacious and just what we needed. Owners are very nice and helpful!

The vehicle is an older model so some of the issues are expected. However, the vehicle is dated and had damage on the outside. It got us from point A to Point B. So there were no issues there. The pickup and drop-off is kind of cumbersome but it got the job done

The pickup location was clear before booking, and we’re transparent about every detail so renters can make informed decisions. It's upsetting to see a 3-star review, considering the effort we put into ensuring a good experience.
