The car was quite spacious and just an overall great car.

The vehicle is an older model so some of the issues are expected. However, the vehicle is dated and had damage on the outside. It got us from point A to Point B. So there were no issues there. The pickup and drop-off is kind of cumbersome but it got the job done
While we understand that the car may be dated, we strive to provide clear listings—our photos accurately show the vehicle’s condition inside and out. Communication was smooth throughout the process, the vehicle was clean and full.
The pickup location was clear before booking, and we’re transparent about every detail so renters can make informed decisions. It's upsetting to see a 3-star review, considering the effort we put into ensuring a good experience.

Hello, my name is Kyle Ferenc and I just made a reservation with Turo for a minivan for upcoming family vacation. We were all very excited to go on vacation road trip. However, when we went and picked up the van and drove it back to load it up with our luggage at our house, we noticed a burning smell and saw that the radiator was leaking profusely. We contacted the host and he instructed us to drive the minivan back to him even though we said the van was going to overheat. We made it about halfway to the house before we finally had to pull over and leave the van in a Walgreens parking lot because it was red lining. Turo customer support over the phone was helpful in this stressful time however it did not help that this was last minute and we quickly needed to find a new mode of transportation for our vacation that we were now several hours late to our check-in. We also planned on picking up our mother From an airport along the way, and now she will have to find a different mode of transportation or be stuck waiting at the airport for several hours while we frantically try and find a new rental car. This was very difficult for us being Sunday morning and other rental car agencies Not having exactly what we need within our budget. So our only option was to drive 35 miles away to the nearest airport and pick up another rental car and drive at 35 miles back to our house before we can even start our vacation. We have a young child who is bringing a friend and they were both very disheartened hearing their vacation was delayed and seeing us flustered trying to make a quick adjustment within our budget. I have had good experience with turo before and am hopeful that there will be appropriate compensation for our stressful situation. The reservation number is 41875232.
