We rented the van for a Disneyland trip and had a fairly smooth experience - was picked up and dropped off right at the airport and our host was very responsive with any requests we had. Van was exactly as posted and suited our needs perfect, AC worked great, GPS sucks but that’s just cuz it’s a bit older so use your phone and bring a mount.
My only complaint was that our drop off was late by about 30 min which is not a big deal but I kind of expect it’s there ready to go but I understand things happen and I kind of think it was a one off. Another minor thing is we booked a car seat (which was fine) and a booster seat for our older kid, which in reality is just a car seated you can take the straps out of. I would recommend the host gets a couple basic booster seats as they are much more comfy for bigger kids, but at the end of the day no problem. Overall good experience.

The van was not in very good shape. The right mirror didn’t adjust. Right fog lamp was missing (just looks trashy). Communication was good. The reason I don’t give this 4 stars is they gave a credit for parking, which would have been $30 since they parked it in the garage about 16 hours before the trip. Understandable since this is a business and not just someone with an extra car.
