This was my first experience with a Turo trip and I could not be happier. The communication from the vehicle renter was immediate and always helpful. The van was clean and very comfortable to drive and met all of our needs. Pickup and drop off was efficient and fairly easy to understand as a first time user. Would definitely recommend this van to others.
