The van handled nicely. It was a comfortable Ride. Unfortunately I had to request Keith's assistance twice. Once shortly after driving it. And again when I was out of town. The battery had to be replaced as the dashboard light was on.
The second time I needed his assistance, was at night, for the same issue unfortunately. The battery terminal wasn't tightened quite enough. Keith was attentive and said he would drive the 45 minutes from Salem to Henniker. He came on time, and fixed the final issue right away. He was apologetic and concerned both times.
But, I was billed for toll charges of $4.33. I never used any toll roads...ever! If the charge that I've disputed is favored, I'd rent from Keith again.
