The host knew the vehicle had issues and still rented it out. I specifically said before the trip that I was going on a road trip and asked if the vehicle was ready, and I was told yes. That was completely misleading.
We were told the only way to keep the alarm from going off was to leave the vehicle unlocked. On a road trip, that meant either risking all of the valuables we were traveling with by leaving the car unlocked, or locking it and then having the alarm go off every single time we unlocked it until the vehicle was started. On top of that, the vehicle would start on its own, which is extremely concerning and unsafe.
The window was cracked and obstructed visibility, parts of the exterior were duct taped and loud at highway speeds, the transmission felt unstable, and the driver’s seat was ripped and literally cutting into my skin. There was not even windshield wiper fluid.
This was the true definition of “ride it till the wheels fall off.”
This was not just inconvenient. It was unsafe. Rent at your own risk.

Amazing mini van I took it all the way to Scottsdale, Arizona and back she’s a trooper the seats folded flat I was able to sleep in the back comfortably! Pick up location was easy and convenient that was fantastic and communicated very well highly recommend!!
