I would not recommend renting from this host.
I was originally scheduled to rent a Honda Odyssey, but when I arrived for pickup, the vehicle had mechanical issues and sounded very concerning when started. Because of this, I was forced to switch last minute to a Dodge Caravan from the same host, which was not part of the original plan.
I was also charged duplicate tolls across two separate invoices. I had to request the invoices myself through Turo support to verify the charges, and their representative confirmed the errors.
The host text me at inappropriate hours (around midnight) asking for a review, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
Additionally, the driver’s seat was very uncomfortable and did not properly adjust, making it unsuitable for longer trips or multi-day rentals.
Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would not rent this vehicle again.

Car drove smoothly. made my trip so much more easier space wise. gas holds really well. Very responsive and helpful through out the trip when needed.

The host wasn’t unfriendly, just straight to the point, BUT the car was filthy! The seats had stains, the cup holder was sticky looking. The floors and seats had debris and were dirty. I bought disinfectant wipes to clean the seats. Overall not bad, but not the best experience.
