We rented this car for a family trip and it was perfect! The car worked well and the host was easy to work with.

Very stressful for a person Traveling to Cleveland and using your service for the first time good thing we had each other The person who recommended you was very pleased and her host meet her at the departure which would have been a nice touch also the keyless Car kept stalling and we had to reset to drive
A number of times as it kept asking g for a FOB There was a crack across the front windshield which we didn’t notice as it was dark and late and we had a long drive
Jelania, sorry your first trip felt stressful. The Pacifica is a Plug-in Hybrid; engine pauses are normal EV transitions, not stalls. For security, check-in delays occur when IDs are uploaded late or don't match. We also follow airport rules prohibiting curbside handoffs. The documented windshield defect is safe and scheduled for repair. I was available by phone to clarify tech/FOB questions immediately. I’m committed to providing a professional, seamless experience for every one of my guests.
