The buttons on the key don’t work so you can’t ever lock the car otherwise you won’t be able to get back inside of it. It is also terrible on gas (more like 15-16 mpg). I am not a mechanic, but I also think the transmission may be about to fail soon because on two separate occasions, it slipped and put it self into neutral while I was driving (because I accelerated quickly to merge into fast moving traffic) so I literally had to pull over and restart the car for it fix and be able to be put back in drive. Otherwise, it was clean and in mostly good condition aesthetically and got me from A to B. Host was great with pickup and communication.

The rear ac didn’t work and neither did the back outlets and the car was shaky like it maybe needed a oil change
I’m sorry you had this experience. During your trip, I explained through the Turo chat how to adjust the rear A/C controls, as they were working properly. Since then, the vehicle has been rented by other guests without the same issue. The vibration you mentioned was also inspected and addressed. I always appreciate feedback and work hard to keep my vehicles safe and well maintained.
