The car was what we needed. It was clean and exactly as pictured. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. It was weird having the tracker on the key ring lol but no big deal.

AC didn’t work. We had to take the van back the same day. For anyone who has this experience, immediately cancel the trip in the app then speak to someone in the app to let them know so you can get your money back. It’s been a hassle and not a great experience.

The guests returned the vehicle on the day their trip started, claiming the A/C was blowing warm air. I immediately inspected it and measured the vent outlet temperature with a thermometer, which was fully within the normal operating range. This is a large 8-passenger, three-row van, so the cabin naturally takes longer to cool than a smaller vehicle. A certified repair shop later completed a full inspection and confirmed the A/C and the entire vehicle were operating properly.
