Pick up was easy. decent gas mileage car for a van which was a bonus! Clean and roomy. Ted was a great communicator and we also appreciated the water at drop off!

Had an oil leak that had to be taken care of. i try to stay on top of the repairs so it doesn't get bad.

The car was good quality. Drove nice and spacious for our family. The host was excellent in meeting our needs. He added car seats and extra beach gear per our add on request. He was very friendly in messages and the car was so easy to find and get in to. He gave local recommendations too which was a bonus !
