You can also text us the pictures and we will add them to the Trip Photos for you for added convenience. THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT YOUR RENTAL: Only approved drivers are allowed to drive this vehicle. Gas tank is located on Driver’s side. Regular Gasoline Only! All of our vehicles are equipped with a SunPass so feel free to ride right through any tolls and we’ll request reimbursement through the Turo app for any charges incurred during your trip (Transponder ID 039623911010). All of our vehicles are equipped with Android and iPhone car chargers and cables. Please do not remove chargers or cables from the vehicle. Please refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level documented at pick up or we must charge you for used gasoline at the current market rate plus a $10 convenience fee. We would never expect a guest to clean a vehicle after a trip, however you may subject to a $150 violation fee if the vehicle is returned in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior. If you wish to transport a pet, you will need to obtain our consent first. There is no smoking of any kind allowed in this vehicle. You may be subject to a $250 violation fee for smoking. This policy covers the use of, but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a chance of a late return. Depending on time and availability of vehicle you may be charged for the cost of additional usage. If no prior notice is given you will be subject to fees and fines. MISCELLANEOUS FEES: Once the vehicle is returned, if there are any additional fines/fees due, such as; tolls, tickets, parking fees, mileage overages, un-replaced fuel, late return fees, violation fees or damage to the car; Turo will message you with the amount due. The best way to avoids these miscellaneous fees and fines would be to stay within the included mileage and reservation times, avoid tolls and tickets (if possible), replace any used fuel, make sure the vehicle is returned smoke and damage free.
