Great experience all around!

Joel was the perfect host! everything worked and it should. We enjoyed our trip and his van with carseats made it so less stressful traveling with 2 toddlers. Will definitely book again.

I would give the car quality 3 stars. I would not recommend taking this van on the interstate for very long. It needs brakes, struts and tires. For what we needed, just driving around St Pete and Madeira Beach and back to PIE it was fine. But we did have to take a trip to the Tampa airport and it was a tad sketchy driving 65 mph. Other than that, pick up was easy and the host, although short in answers, did reply in a timely manner. The van served its purpose for us.
Not sure what you mean by “short in answers”, but as a Turo customer support representative told me once: “you can’t make everyone happy” 🤷🏻♂️
