Attempting to refuel was the issue, it wasn’t so easy, once that’s fixed i would use it again.

The vehicle didn’t look like the pictures was missing paint all over, was going to drive for work but I was unable to use due to our company’s high appearance standard.

We strive to provide accurate photos and descriptions so guests know what to expect before booking. This work van does not have missing paint. There were minor cosmetic remnants from previously removed commercial decals that may have been mistaken for paint damage.
The vehicle continues to meet platform standards, and this is the first appearance-related concern we have received regarding the vehicle.

I had a great experience using Turo. The entire process was smooth from booking to return. The vehicle was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and reliable throughout my trip. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, professional, and made pickup and drop-off simple and stress-free.
