The car does not look like the photos. The car looks 20 years old with all the paint discoloration and oxidation. The seats are heavily stained and has lots of wear and tear. The AC worked inconsistently and the front air vent is broken. I did reach out to the super host to see if we could rent out one of his many other vehicles instead and he would not work with us although I saw another white minivan that would of been available when checking other vehicles to rent instead. Very disappointed as we were forced to drive around in the cars current condition. We would have never rented the vehicle if the host had current pictures of the vehicle.
So sorry, the AC wasn't a problem for each previous guest, looks like the compressor was on its last gasp. Already replaced it. And got an interior detail too. Again, my apologies.

I’ve rented with Rob numerous times and the experience is always excellent. The van is great, he provides car seats for my children, and is awesome with coordination and communication.
