Pickup/drop off was a quick Uber ride from the airport, and Rob's communication was great! The van itself drove a little jerky at the beginning of the trip, but Rob is aware and has a maintenance appointment scheduled so I'm sure that will get resolved! The interior, including the child seat, was clean and smelled great! We would rent with Rob again.
