The car was clean and in good condition, however on the way to the airport, the gas tank wouldn’t open and we were told to try to pry it open with a key or nail… Obviously, we did not want to do that and risk further damaging an already stuck gas tank door. Luckily, we happen to have enough gas to make it to the airport, but we would’ve been in a serious predicament had we not. Also the EZ pass did not work on the return trip to the airport which delayed us. Because we had to spend 20 minutes trying to open the gas tank door and then had to go through the cash/credit card lines on the tollway, we had to park in the closer, more expensive parking lot at the airport. We were also charged an inconvenience fee for not filling up the gas tank.

Excellent experience renting from Kaya! The Chrysler was in perfect condition, clean, and drove very smoothly. Communication was clear and professional from start to finish. The instructions for pick-up and drop-off were easy to follow, making the whole process hassle-free. I would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended

Overall a good experience. Vehicle was ready for us in a convenient pick up location. The host communication was good. We had one issue, the battery died when the weather got colder. My only complaint was the host didn’t offer a solution so we jumped the van until it wouldn’t. Ended up having to find a shop to diagnose and replace. The host was understanding and compensated us for the hassle.
