Van was clean and spacious, easy to drive for our trip that required moving a lot of boxes. Carplay was easy to connect and use. A few lights on the dash went on throughout the trip. Pick up was difficult as the lockbox code came almost an hour late after arriving to vehicle. Drop off was also difficult - parking on a non-permit street in west loop was challenging, requiring us to circle the block several times before finding a permissible spot.

The pickup and drop was great and smooth, loved it.
But the car really needs some servicing. There was some noise coming from the car as we drive.
Additionally the brake needs repair, a lot of hissing sound coming, especially when backing up.
Also the car has a stench inside, especially when we opened the car first thing in the morning or when parked for a while. Probably needs some decent detailing done and some car freshener.
