The car was great for me and my family, great on gas the host was very responsive especially when I had to extend my trip. Just Have to pay my tolls , besides that Will rent from this host again!

“Unfortunately, my experience with this rental was disappointing. During my trip, I was stopped multiple times by police because the registered owner’s license was suspended, which created an extremely uncomfortable and stressful situation for me as a renter. I reached out to the host regarding the issue and also asked about waiving a small fee considering the circumstances, but my messages went unanswered.
The car itself may have been fine, but communication and accountability matter just as much when renting through Turo. I would have appreciated at least a response and some understanding given the inconvenience and concern this situation caused.”

The Chrysler Pacifica was road ready ,i only needed it since i have 6 passengers and plenty of room for luggages. Drives great as well has all the safety features and car play which was very important for navigation. Most important factor the host was very responsive and i had an issue with the remote being low battery and the host was quick to give me a replacement!
