Jack was super responsive, but we did have two minor issues with the car — one of which we had to resolve mid-rental. For the car’s age, it ran well and was well maintained.

For future guests, I’d like to clarify that one issue was a low key fob battery, which was quickly resolved, and the other involved the power sliding door switch being accidentally turned off rather than a mechanical issue.
