The car was okay for the amount of ppl it accommodated but the a/c didn’t work.

I wouldn’t recommend this car. The AC didn’t work. I’m not saying it just didn’t work well, it literally didn’t work at all. Half the vents wouldn’t blow any air and the other half blew warm air even when the car was fully warm. The sliding doors also wouldn’t lock. We didn’t realize this until late in our trip, and it was very unsafe. Very much not worth the money

We’re sorry you were dissatisfied. To clarify, the A/C and all vents are operational; the system can take some time to cool the entire cabin. We also understand you were disappointed that the vehicle could not be returned directly to the airport. Unfortunately, airport drop-off is not permitted and is outside our control. We strive to communicate these restrictions clearly and provide accurate pickup and return instructions to all guests.
Pick up was pretty far away from the airport. AC was temperamental and I was concerned about the tire pressure, but it could have been the sensor.

Fine, the car is old. AC only worked after running the car for 5 minutes and the check engine light was on.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the warning light displayed was the TPMS (tire-pressure) light, not the check-engine light. Regarding the A/C, this is an extra-large vehicle with a much larger cabin, so during hot summer weather it naturally takes several minutes to cool the entire interior. The A/C was functioning and blowing cold once the vehicle had been running. We appreciate your feedback.
