The hosts took care of a problem that was identified very easily, however, the problem’s existence was less than ideal. The car was clean and no external damage. Hosts were communicative and available when needed.

The trip was smooth, and I have to give it to the 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan—it’s great on gas and very spacious! It was exactly what my family needed. The host was super nice, and his communication was top tier! Thank you again for letting us rent the van. We truly enjoyed the experience!
