The trip was amazing and the person was extremely friendly, the I did have one problem with the doors saying they were open when they were not but other than that it was perfect for my family. Would totally rent again.

Quality was ok, but it had a small oil leak and the air conditioning took a while to get cool.

Car spewed oil all over our airbnbs driveway, we contacted host they offered to exchange it later in the day at our house or nearby. a couple hours later had not heard anything and checked in and they said that they didn't end up having a car for us and if we wanted to end the trip we had to drive it back to the airport where we picked up (25 mins). It was leaking so much oil we were not comfortable driving it. We called Turo support and they would give us one answer and the host would try to manipulate us by threatening extra charges into doing all the work. Turo support filed road side assistance claim (tow truck) and they told us we would be responsible to cover everything because the car was "drivable". Mind you the dipstick was nearly dry. The tow the vehicle to be picked up kept getting delayed. We ended up saying screw it cuz we had now wasted a whole day of vacation dealing with this and drove it back to the airport. On the way the undercarriage flew off on the freeway scarring the crap out of me, not surprised considering it was probably saturated with oil and was hanging off before. When I went back and looked at reviews again others have complained of oil leaks too.. seems it never gets fixed... save yourself the vacation nightmare and don't book.

Retaliation review since we pursue damages. Guest damaged our car and scraped the undercarriage and the splash protector fell off. Damage claim 1054204
