Very disappointing experience! When I picked up the car, Heena tried to tell me I was responsible for the parking fees to get out of the garage even though that was never disclosed on the initial booking at all. She did eventually zelle me the money after I had to argue with her for 15 minutes about that. Then upon returning the vehicle, she claimed I dented the side of the car which is completely false. I took pictures before and after and because they aren't taken from the exact same angle and have a glare she is claiming there is a dent. It was either parked in the driveway or I was driving it during the whole trip. I would have known if something hit the car and created a dent. I would NOT recommend renting from her!!

Everything was great as far as pick up the car rode great only complaint and it was a big deal that the front passenger seat was stuck all the way up didn't move back and forth and it didn't recline so that was a big deal and dampened the experience

Everything from pick up to drop of was excellent.. car was clean and communication was great. I will definitely rent from this host again
